- 12 slices salami
- 12 mini mozzarella balls
- 12 olives
- 12 pieces of sundried tomatoes
- 12 leaves of basil
- balsamic glaze to drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- Press one slice of salami into each of the holes of a 12 hole muffin tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Leave the salami cups to cool in the tin to crisp up.
- Add mozzarella, olives, sundried tomatoes and basil to each of the cups and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
