Slices of salami baked in the oven and then topped with mozzarella, olives, sundried tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Absolutely delicious!

How To Make Salami Cups

These are honestly so simple. Here’s some step-by-step images to show you how I did it.

  1. Press the salami into a muffin tin and bake for 10 minutes.
  1. Leave the salami cups to cool to crisp up.

These delicious Salami Cups make a really easy snack idea that you can make for a Christmas Party or to serve up on Christmas Day


  • 12 slices salami
  • 12 mini mozzarella balls
  • 12 olives
  • 12 pieces of sundried tomatoes
  • 12 leaves of basil
  • balsamic glaze to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
  2. Press one slice of salami into each of the holes of a 12 hole muffin tray.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Leave the salami cups to cool in the tin to crisp up.
  5. Add mozzarella, olives, sundried tomatoes and basil to each of the cups and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
