Meet Jarrett, our ACE-certified personal trainer and longtime member of the React team. With a degree in Human Physiology and years of experience helping clients move better and build strength, Jarrett offers customized training sessions designed to help you reach your goals, whether you prefer 1-on-1 attention or the motivation of a small-group setting.

- Small-group training (2–4 participants)

One of the greatest advantages of training at React is the seamless continuum of care we provide. If you’re finishing physical therapy, transitioning into personal training within the same environment ensures that your movement patterns, progress, and goals are fully understood. Jarrett works closely with our physical therapy team to build upon your foundation, helping you maintain progress, reduce the risk of re-injury, and continue moving forward with confidence.
Jarrett will help you train smarter, move with purpose, and stay consistent on your path to better performance and long-term health.
Sessions are booked in 1-hour blocks and typically range from 45–60 minutes, depending on your individual needs.
