They’re naturally sweet from Medjool dates and honey, filled with a creamy tiramisu mix. For added protein, we used Greek yogurt, ricotta, plus a scoop of our JSHealth Protein + Probiotics. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, Greek yogurt, honey, and coffee. Stir until well combined.
Cut dates down the middle and remove pits if necessary.
Spoon the tiramisu mixture into the centre of each date. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Dust with protein powder and finish with a pinch of salt before serving.
