The superstar took to her Instagram to announce her celebration over her show winning its first Webby Award-the very first in history-calling out to her entire team behind ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ for claiming the trophy in Social Video Short Form for Television & Film category. The excitement is incredibly high since Season 4 will be dropping very soon.

‘Ahhhh!!! Our very first Webby Award!’ Hudson gushed in her post. ‘Congratulations to our entire @jenniferhudsonshow team… I am so proud. Y’all continue to amaze me each and every day. Here we come Season 4!!’ Amidst all the hype, the fans immediately joined in on the comments with their love.
Amongst them was the note of queen_rissa67, who replied, ‘Way to go! Y’all worked hard for that!! May God keep so much more success on you and your team!’ Yes, the excitement was real, and one would feel it most as well. Another one, miss_t_garnier, gave a personal touch, writing, ‘Congrats!! Then there was kammie_elise_25 keeping it short and sweet with, ‘Congrats Mama HUD!! I luv you girl!! You deserve this baby!!’ And so the love poured in from all directions, including from susie.jorgenson, teasing, ‘Can’t wait to watch season four of your show.’ Same here, Susie.
However, not all comments were positive. One such user, larrysw1, thought this was the prime opportunity to promote his film project. ‘Hey people, I’m Larry “Syid” Wright, Independent filmmaker from Greensboro,’ started the long comment before jumping into a full-time request for funding for his movie ‘God Sent’. Bold move, Larry. Bold move.
Meanwhile, andyfedscomedy doubled down on the hype, posting not one but TWO nearly identical comments about how this win was ‘very much deserved.’ Consistency is key, we guess? And shoutout to rockeyroger4 for keeping it simple with ‘✨periodt✨ congrats you guys on your webby award.’ Sometimes less is more.
And the comments obviously continue from there. runakojahi even went all out with heart emojis and caps lock tires saying, ‘THAT is AMAZING!!!’ while simphiweehope confidently declared, ‘I knew that y’all guys were bringing this one home.’ This one had super strong faith.
Various industry peers also chimed in, like tvsmaryconnelly and their ‘Congrats!!!!! So happy for you all.’ And, sivette.suarez, who brought international flavor to the party by shouting, ‘Me encanta!! Saludos desde Puerto Rico’. Love seeing that global love.
Thus, it’s easy to see that the energy keeps raging in the Hudson team in terms of what’s up. From the Webby win to the teases for Season 4, the trajectory is on a serious roll. And if the comments are anything to go by, the fans sure are ready for what awaits in the event. Now about that spirit tunnel, when do we get to try it out?
