Jacob Elordi is talking Wuthering Heights!
The 27-year-old actor will be starring opposite Margot Robbie in Emerald Fennell‘s upcoming adaption of Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel.
In a new interview, Jacob confessed that he was planning on taking some time off from working before the Oscar-winning filmmaker offered him the role of Heathcliff.
Keep reading to find out more…“I was really lucky,” Jacob told IndieWire. “I was going to take a break for a while, and then Emerald just very simply texted me, and you can’t run from that text.”
Also in the interview, Jacob raved about working with Margot, 34, in the movie, saying she’s “incredible in the film, she’s a livewire. I’m so, so excited for people to see it. She’s a beautiful actor and she gave so, so much.”
