Fire was literally set by Valerie Bertinelli and Drew Barrymore during an unusual cooking slot in The Drew Barrymore Show. There’s no shortage of spice when Drew and @wolfiesmom are in the kitchen! 🌶️,’ was posted and went viral for a while, but not because of any food. From there on, things set ablaze with talk between Drew and Valerie about mile-high clubs and exploded all over social media.

The internet had some opinions. The thread began with @jennstarbut saying, ‘If it’s a private plane, does it count? 😂’. Following that were an avalanche of funny comments. One put it: ‘It better be; otherwise, U just had sex in a port-a-potty in the sky’—which, honestly? Fair point. Folks kind of agreed that public plane bathrooms, well, consider a biohazard territory in the sky, with many agreeing in comments, sex should be restricted to private jets.
But I guess not everyone was into the lewd humor. Daytime television @wolfiegirl910 said it was ‘supposed to be bad’, with the hosts’ defenders lining up in droves: ‘Ok don’t be judgey people. To each his own.’ Then it got weird when @heggemipsum argued about how real Mile High Club should include paragliders since… clouds?
Meanwhile, Valerie’s wardrobe somehow stoked a bizarre debate. Kelli liked her glasses, while Stuebefetzer went off on her wig for some reason due to ‘health issues’. And even Drew’s outfit wasn’t safe from roasting, with Gudenaur saying she ‘needs to dress more sexy’—while others defended her standard loose-fit look.
And MVPs selected were the fans simply looking for nice vibes. Comments like, ‘Love you two, it’s like being in on a best friend session!’ by @schonircurl and ‘Two of my favorites of all time right there!’ by @jnazar13 brought it back home that those two came with their share of love. Even olive frying also received love; @odesaroo called it ‘Pisces vibes’ (which it so is!).
And, of course, wild takes must accompany someone’s viral time. A huge link was explained by @queen_chief_patricia, somehow tying the whole argument to ‘porn sex’ and ‘virgins’, while @mclubel’s typo-propelled ‘Mike high, damn you Women sure OUR LuCky’ left everyone scratching their braincells. But then again- the spirit of most chaotic energy has been awarded to @friends4lifeandbeyond: ‘Mile high club😮. Btw, I am a postman’…like that’s relevant.

So the segment must surely have hit home for some, proving that anything can get passionately debated when it comes to airplane hygiene or Drew’s sweaters. So whether that was cringey or hilarious for you, one thing is for sure-Barrymore and Bertinelli really stir the pot. Unfortunately, we really wish we were in that kitchen for real-it just sounded more fun than anything happening in coach bathrooms.
