Recent comments suggest that the Daredevil Born Again series from Marvel could be heading towards a yearly release. ScreenTime stated that it forecasts Season 2 to air next-year, although it is hopeful for more seasons in the future. Most fans are hyped, with the rest hooting for the show’s horrible direction.

The Daredevil Born Again team has provided the new tweet an open-ended canvas for the storyline of Matt Murdock. “Season Two comes out next year and then, hopefully, Season Three, and season infinity after that…there are many stories to be told.” Looks like Marvel is ready to milk this one.
Definitely not the happiest time for everyone. Mixed reactions started. Some were downright brutal. Randy M., a.k.a. @TheElusiveEye1, did not mince words: “This season was utter trash and ruined both Matt and Fisk on a fundamental level.” Ouch. They doubled down in another reply, essentially calling the show, “crap,” for making Kingpin a “whiney cuck,” and that Matt was an idiot that got people killed. Damn.
On the other hand, others were grateful: @Macko_MT, “As a Daredevil fan, I’m SOOO thankful”; @PromptlyAI_YT, “If they can keep up that level of storytelling, action, and overall quality, why throw it away?” Fair enough, but then there was @WholesomeNerd, who clapped back, “You’ve burnt through two storylines without doing any justice to it, so we’ll see how much further you’ll crap on the source material.”
This was not the end of the argument. Some insisted Daredevil keep away from the usual MCU somberness; at the suggestion of a Spider-Man crossover, @OPisPeakFiction snapped back, “We don’t want stupid comedies and stuff like that for this series.” Meanwhile a rebuttal was launched by @uncle_vaughn: “Daredevil and Spider-Man is one of the best duos in comic history. What are you on about?” Classic comic fan disagreement.
Then there were the wildcards. @HussKanny asked, “What gonna Spider-Man do to this Kingpin?” Also, @Suriyastan008 questioned, “Will he fight Doom?” And this was not to forget @RAKSWALKER throwing some shade: “Every season Karen leaves in the 1st episode and returns in the last episode.” True.

The one thing that is certain is that fans truly care- and care a lot. Whichever side of the divide you are on, Daredevil Born Again has set enough wheels in motion to fuel the debate well into seasons yet to come. Hope fully, the criticism will be considered by Marvel this time. Or not, doubling down on its vision. Hell’s Kitchen, either way, is surely sticking around.
