Camino and Jazz take top honours at rebranded PMi Awards 2025



The PMi Awards 2025 – formerly known as the PM Society Digital Awards – celebrated its inaugural edition under its new name at The Brewery in London on 11th September.

Marking the next chapter in the event’s 15-year history, the newly rebranded Pharmaceutical Marketing Innovation and Impact Awards drew over 500 healthcare marketing professionals together to recognise campaigns and individuals driving forward excellence across pharma and healthcare communications.

Sponsored by Doceree, the event was hosted by comedian Ellie Taylor and featured interactive showcases of finalist work, a DHaiku creative challenge, and an AI photo booth experience.

Camino Communications emerged as the most awarded agency of the night, collecting two Golds, a Silver, two Bronzes, and a Highly Commended. The agency also celebrated a win for team member Rebecca Illsley, who was named Agency Champion of the Year. Judges praised her “executional excellence, pragmatic problem-solving, and constantly positive attitude.”

Jazz Pharmaceuticals topped the client leaderboard, picking up two Golds and two Bronze awards. Their Medical Director for the UK and Ireland, Alex Legg, was awarded Pharma Partner of the Year. Judges commended Legg’s pioneering work in AI-enabled transformation, describing him as someone who “never settles for ‘good enough’”and whose impact is “felt far and wide.”

AI-driven innovation featured strongly among the winners. Flipside Health and Corbin Comms won in the Innovation in Marketing and Communications category for The Vitiligo Mirror, created for Incyte Biosciences. The Pharma Technology Impact award went to Tangent90 for their CRM-integrated congress solution developed for Alnylam.

Other agencies taking home Golds included Langland, Anthem, IQVIA, Stirred, Precision AQ, Radical Departures, Syneos Health Communications, and Digitas Health LDN. Among the client-side winners were AstraZeneca, Roche Diagnostics, Novartis, Santen, Takeda, Valneva, and Philips.

Rachel Farrow, Awards Lead at the PM Society, commented: “I’m glad to see such a breadth of winners, some old faces but also some new organisations that reflect the fast-moving pace of the industry. No single company won more than two Gold Awards, which makes this an exciting competition. We’ve seen technology playing a large part in the innovations this year, but there is still the focus on the impact and effectiveness of the work; It’s about projects and campaigns that really work, achieving results through new thinking, creativity and efficiency, not vanity projects.”
