According to Axios, 52 percent of people surveyed agreed with the statement that Donald Trump is a “dangerous dictator” and someone “whose power should be limited.”
While the majority of participants are fearful of Trump 2.0, only 17 percent of the participants who agreed to be surveyed identify as Republicans.

Former George W. Bush aide Karl Rove previously noted that many Americans approve of Donald Trump’s stern approach to border control.
‘”Well, he’s off to a good start only on one issue, and that is border security, where his approval rating is 11 points ahead of his overall approval rating,” Rove said on Fox News on Monday, April 28.
“He gets reasonably good marks on immigration and handling of deportations, but even those he’s upside down on,” the political expert continued.

Constituents are increasingly concerned with how Donald Trump’s new tariffs will affect the nation’s future.
“When it gets to the economy, he is in very bad shape,” Karl Rove said.
“And it’s not only that he’s in the short term in bad shape, there’s also evidence in the poll that no matter, even if he gets his way on certain things like tariffs, that he’s not good in the long run,” he added.

After ABC News reported Donald Trump’s approval rating was only 39 percent, the president rushed to Truth Social to lash out at the outlet.
“Great Pollster John McLaughlin, one of the most highly respected in the industry, has just stated that The Failing New York Times Poll, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll, about a person named DONALD J. TRUMP, ME, are FAKE POLLS FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS,” Trump alleged.
“The New York Times has only 37% Trump 2024 voters, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll has only 34% Trump Voters, unheard of numbers unless looking for a negative result, which they are,” he claimed.

In the past, Donald Trump has questioned the integrity of media outlets that question his authority or agenda.
“These people should be investigated for ELECTION FRAUD, and add in the FoxNews Pollster while you’re at it,” the real estate tycoon said.
“They are Negative Criminals who apologize to their subscribers and readers after I WIN ELECTIONS BIG, much bigger than their polls showed I would win, loose a lot of credibility, and then go on cheating and lying for the next cycle, only worse,” he continued.
