You really can’t beat a peanut butter + jam + banana combination can you? One of the classics. This is what inspired this high protein, healthy loaf which incorporates Naked Nutrition’s Advanced Collagen powder [paid recipe], to make an easy, tasty and nutritious snack pre or post workout. Definitely one to make ahead for the week when you’re busy, or for the weekend so you have a healthy bake to grab whenever you need a protein / collagen boost!


Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 100ml milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 120g flour of choice
- 2 scoops Naked Nutrition Collagen Advanced powder
- 100g coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50-70g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons jam of choice
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Get baking!
- Mix together the mashed bananas, milk, vanilla and oil in a bowl.
- Add in the flour, collagen powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon and baking powder then stir well. Add the chocolate chunks and stir in.
- Spoon half of the mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin. Use a spoon to drop in half the jam and peanut butter then gently swirl around. Spoon over the remaining loaf mixture then repeat the same with the remaining jam and peanut butter.
- Bake at 180C for 40 minutes (cover with foil halfway through) until risen and golden, then leave to cool.
- Pop out of the tin, slice up and enjoy!
