On Tuesday, April 1, the House Republicans forced a bill that would place limitations on “rogue” judges who put a pause on Donald Trump’s executive orders.
The GOP-led House Rules Committee voted 9-4 to push the No Rogue Rulings Act, which would stop nationwide injunctions.

Since beginning his second term, Donald Trump has been hit with 15 injunctions.
The president has signed executive orders to eliminate diversity programs, to end birthright citizenship and to bar transgender Americans from enlisting in the military.

Democrat Jamie Raskin, who is the head Democrat on the House Judiciary panel, accused House Republicans of working with Donald Trump to “dismantle the power of the courts.”
“He’s engaged in terribly lawless and irresponsible violations of people’s rights — whether that’s trying to nullify the citizenship of millions of people by deleting the birthright citizenship clause or dismantling federally created, congressionally created agencies and departments,” Raskin said.
