This is exactly what we’ve been needing. Highly trained nurses bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and critical insight. From the extensive bedside time they spend with patients, nurses are able to tune into the tiny changes/details/trends. We are essential members of the healthcare team. Nursing has evolved far beyond medication administration and basic care tasks- today, many nurses are highly skilled clinicians who contribute significantly to patient outcomes.
