
The Masked Singer is taking a hiatus for the first time!
The Fox masked singing competition has aired two seasons a year every year since it debuted in 2019, with 13 seasons and nearly 200 episodes under its belt.
As season 13 comes to an end tonight (May 7), it was just revealed that the Nick Cannon-hosted series will not be returning for a fall season this year.

Deadline reveals that Fox has opted out of bringing the show onto the schedule for fall, but it is planned for a January 2026 return for season 14!
The series features current panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy and Ken Jeong, as well as Rita Ora, who joined in season 11 in place of Nicole Scherzinger, who went on to star in Sunset Blvd on the West End and now on Broadway.
If you missed it, it was also just announced this week that Rita will reprise her role as Queen of Hearts in the upcoming fifth Descendants movie for Disney Channel and Disney+!
