Shalini wife of Kollywood star Ajith Kumar shared a special picture on Insta after Ajith received the Padma Bhushan award. In the photo Ajith looked stylish while Shalini looked elegant in a saree, filled with pride.
He was honored with the Padma Bhushan India’s 3rd highest civilian award for his great contribution to cinema.
The ceremony took place in Delhi where his family and friends gave him a standing ovation as he received the honor from President Droupadi Murmu.
Earlier on Republic Day after the award announcement Ajith shared a heartfelt message.
He thanked his wife and children, calling Shalini his pillar of strength for 25 years and described Anoushka and Aadvik as his pride and inspiration in life.
