Thalapathy Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay has officially started shooting for his first film as a director. The film stars Sundeep Kishan in the lead role and is backed by Lyca Productions.
To celebrate Sundeep Kishan’s birthday the makers released a one-minute behind-the-scenes video showing Jason Sanjay actively directing action scenes.
The video has already gone viral on social media, building excitement for the film.
This marks Jason Sanjay’s official entry into Tamil cinema as a director. The project was first announced in November last year with a motion poster, which had fans eagerly waiting for updates. The film’s title is yet to be revealed. Music is composed by Thaman, and editing is by Praveen KL.
With the shoot now underway, the film is expected to release by the end of 2025. The glimpse into the making has raised expectations for Jason’s directorial debut.
