The 39-year-old Dancing With the Stars judge was seen putting his buff muscles on display while grocery shopping in a tank top on Tuesday (May 6) at a local Vons store in Los Angeles.
Derek will be returning for the upcoming 34th season of the ABC dancing competition series and the first contestant has already been revealed!
In a new Instagram post this week, Derek opened up about the highs and lows of his career.
“Some of the most pivotal moments in my career didn’t come from the WINS, but from the FAILURES. The stumbles, the rejections, losing an important competition… those were the turning points. Because every time I failed fast, I learned faster. It gave me more FUEL, more FIRE, and more FOCUS to GROW. Don’t be afraid to fall. Speed up the FAILURES, and you’ll shortcut the MASTERY,” Derek wrote.
